Franklin Investigation Agency began with two Tennessee-licensed private investigators who had spent years working cases across Middle Tennessee — and kept noticing the same thing. Williamson County was growing faster than almost anywhere else in the state, but the investigative work being done here was often handled by firms based elsewhere, unfamiliar with the county's neighborhoods, its courts, and the particular kind of discretion its residents and attorneys expected.
